Ingredients

For the Topping:

1 tbsp water

1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning (optional)

Instructions

Make the Honey Dijon Butter: Mix softened butter, mustard, honey, garlic, and pepper. Set aside.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment.

Assemble Croissants:

Slice croissants horizontally, keeping one edge intact.

Spread both sides with the honey Dijon butter.

Add about 1½ oz ham and 1½ oz cheese mixture to each.

Close gently.

Make Cheese Mixture: Toss Gruyère, Swiss, chives, and thyme together in a bowl.
