Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh raspberries (or thawed frozen raspberries)
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (from 4–5 large lemons)
- ½ to ¾ cup simple syrup, honey, or sweetener of choice (adjust to taste)
- 2 to 2½ cups ice cubes
- Optional: fresh mint leaves, chia seeds, or protein powder for variation
Instructions
- Wash raspberries and pat dry. Juice lemons and strain out seeds and pulp.
- Add lemon juice, raspberries, and sweetener to blender first. Then add ice cubes last.
- Blend on low speed and gradually increase to high. Pulse as needed for even blending.
- Adjust texture by adding cold water (if too thick) or more ice (if too thin).
- Taste and adjust sweetness or tartness to your liking. Blend again if needed.
- Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately. Garnish with lemon wheels, fresh raspberries, or mint.
Notes
Use fresh lemons and raspberries for best flavor. Frozen raspberries work great if slightly thawed. For cocktails, add vodka or rosé. For a protein boost, blend in Greek yogurt or protein powder.
