For Assembly:

1 lb lasagna noodles (or no-boil)

1 lb shredded mozzarella (4 cups)

1 cup grated Parmesan, divided

Instructions

Prepare the meat sauce as directed, simmering for 45–120 minutes.

If not using no-boil noodles, par-cook noodles and lay flat to prevent sticking.
