Instructions
- Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker, arranging them in a single layer.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, thyme, and red pepper flakes (if using). Season with salt and black pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken thighs, ensuring they are evenly coated.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- Transfer chicken to a serving plate. Let sauce simmer in the cooker for 10-15 minutes to thicken if desired.
