Ingredients
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Canned white beans (cannellini or navy beans)
- Diced green chiles
- Chicken broth
- Cumin
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, cilantro, diced avocado
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of your crockpot.
- Add the white beans, green chiles, chicken broth, and spices.
- Stir until well combined.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Remove and shred the chicken, then return to crockpot and stir.
- Serve hot with desired toppings.
