Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9-inch springform pan. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar, then press into pan. Bake 10 minutes and cool.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa, and salt. In another bowl, combine sugar, oil, egg, buttermilk, food coloring, vanilla, and vinegar. Mix wet into dry, then fold in baking soda. Pour over crust and bake 25–30 minutes. Cool completely.
  3. Lower oven to 325°F. Beat cream cheese until fluffy, then add sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in sour cream and vanilla. Fold in strawberry puree.
