Description
A bold and sizzling dish featuring juicy chicken thighs glazed in spicy honey, topped with creamy feta and fresh parsley for a flavor explosion you won’t forget.
Ingredients
Scale
- 8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon mustard, cayenne pepper, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to make the glaze.
- Pat chicken thighs dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of olive oil. Sear the chicken for 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Pour the honey glaze over the chicken, coating each piece evenly.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 20–25 minutes, basting occasionally, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from oven and sprinkle crumbled feta over the hot chicken.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately while sizzling hot.
Notes
Use bone-in, skin-on thighs for added flavor. Adjust cayenne to your heat preference. Great with a side salad or roasted vegetables. Perfect for meal prep—flavors intensify over time.
