Easy ROLO Pretzel Bites with M&Ms

Ingredients
  

  • 10 ounces small pretzel squares
  • 10.6 ounces ROLO candies, unwrapped
  • 10 ounces M&M's candies

  • Parchment paper or silicone baking mat
  • Oven

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 200°F (93°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  3. Arrange pretzel squares in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, spaced evenly apart.
  4. Place one unwrapped ROLO candy on top of each pretzel.
  5. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes, or until the ROLOs are softened but not completely melted. Watch closely.
  6. Remove the baking sheet from the oven.
  7. Immediately press one M&M candy into the top of each softened ROLO.
  8. Allow the ROLO Pretzels to cool completely at room temperature for 30-60 minutes, or in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to speed up the process.
  9. Enjoy once the chocolate and caramel have set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature. For variations, try using different types of M&M's, such as peanut butter or dark chocolate. Monitor the baking time closely to prevent the ROLOs from burning.
