- Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels.
- Season the chicken breasts generously with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Make sure the grill grates are clean and lightly oiled.
- Place the chicken breasts on the hot grill and grill for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Top each chicken breast with a generous amount of cheese during the last minute of grilling.

For even more flavor, marinate the chicken for at least 30 minutes. Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness before grilling. Experiment with different cheeses.
