Method
- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Let air dry to remove all moisture.
- Chop the chocolate into small, even pieces for even melting.
- Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
- Hold each strawberry by the green cap and dip into melted chocolate, swirling to coat.
- Tap off excess chocolate and place dipped strawberry on prepared baking sheet.
- Decorate with toppings while chocolate is still wet (if using).
- Chill for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is fully set.
Notes
Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to help chocolate adhere. Use high-quality chocolate for best results. Decorate immediately after dipping, and store in a single layer in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
