  • 1 lb fresh strawberries
  • 12 oz high-quality chocolate (dark, milk, or white)
  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, chopped nuts, coconut flakes, etc.

Method
 

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly. Let air dry to remove all moisture.
  2. Chop the chocolate into small, even pieces for even melting.
  3. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave. Stir until smooth.
  4. Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
  5. Hold each strawberry by the green cap and dip into melted chocolate, swirling to coat.
  6. Tap off excess chocolate and place dipped strawberry on prepared baking sheet.
  7. Decorate with toppings while chocolate is still wet (if using).
  8. Chill for 15–20 minutes until chocolate is fully set.

Notes

Ensure strawberries are completely dry before dipping to help chocolate adhere. Use high-quality chocolate for best results. Decorate immediately after dipping, and store in a single layer in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
