- Combine the frozen strawberries, full-fat coconut milk, fresh lime juice, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, and a pinch of salt in the canister of a high-powered blender.
- Secure the lid and blend, starting on low and increasing to high speed, for 30-60 seconds until the mixture is completely silky smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add a splash of coconut water or water to help it blend.
- Taste the refresher and adjust sweetness as needed, adding more maple syrup or a tiny extra squeeze of lime juice until it's perfect for your palate.
