- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped cranberry sauce, diced jalapenos, sliced green onions, lime juice (if using), garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Using a hand mixer or a sturdy spoon, mix all the ingredients together until well combined. Be careful not to overmix.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. You can chill it for longer, even overnight.
- Before serving, give the dip a good stir. Transfer it to a serving bowl and serve with your favorite dippers.
Notes
If the dip is too spicy, add a little extra cream cheese or a dollop of sour cream. If the dip is too thick, add a tablespoon or two of milk or cream until you reach your desired consistency. Leftover dip can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Do not freeze this dip, as the texture of the cream cheese can change.
