Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Rolled Oats not instant
  • 1/2 cup Dried Cranberries chopped
  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds unsalted
  • 1/4 cup Edible Glitter food-grade only!
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, dried cranberries, and sunflower seeds.
  2. Sprinkle the edible glitter and brown sugar over the oat mixture.
  3. Gently toss all ingredients together until evenly distributed. Be careful not to crush the oats.
  4. Store in an airtight container until Christmas Eve.
  5. On Christmas Eve, sprinkle the Reindeer Food in your yard, remembering to choose a safe location away from roads and pets.

Notes

Only use food-grade edible glitter, as regular glitter is toxic. You can add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for a subtle flavor boost. Be mindful of potential allergies and avoid nuts if necessary. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
