Method
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until just combined.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Form the ground beef into patties (or crumble it).
- Cook for 5-7 minutes per side for medium doneness, or until cooked to your liking.
- While the burger is cooking, whisk together mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, yellow mustard, pickle relish, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using) in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Divide the shredded lettuce and spinach evenly among four bowls.
- Top each bowl with the cooked ground beef (either sliced or crumbled).
- Add your desired toppings to each bowl.
- Generously drizzle the secret sauce over each bowl.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
Feel free to customize the toppings to your liking. Other topping ideas include bell peppers, mushrooms, or different types of cheese. For a spicier sauce, add a dash of hot sauce or more cayenne pepper. You can store leftover burger bowls in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. It's best to store the sauce separately to prevent the lettuce from getting soggy.
