  • 16 ounces Coconut Cream
  • 4 ounces Blue Curaçao Syrup Non-Alcoholic
  • 64 ounces Lemon-Lime Soda
  • 32 ounces Ginger Ale
  • Edible Glitter Optional
  • 1 cup Gummy Candy Fish, Sharks, Starfish
  • 1 Fresh Pineapple, sliced for garnish
  • 2 Oranges, sliced for garnish
  • 2 Limes, sliced for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Equipment

  • Large punch bowl or serving pitcher
  • Ladle
  • measuring cups and spoons
  • Stirring spoon
  • knife
  • Cutting board
  • Glasses

Method

  1. Prepare your serving bowl: Choose a large punch bowl or serving pitcher and ensure it's clean.
  2. Combine the Juices: In the serving bowl, pour in the pineapple juice and coconut cream. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Add the Blue Magic: Slowly add the blue curaçao syrup, stirring until you achieve your desired shade of mermaid blue. Use a small amount at a time, stirring between additions.
  4. Fizz It Up: Pour in the lemon-lime soda and ginger ale. Stir gently to avoid losing too much fizz.
  5. Ice, Ice Baby: Add plenty of ice to the punch bowl.
  6. Garnish Like a Pro: Decorate the punch with slices of pineapple, oranges, and limes. Arrange them artfully around the rim of the bowl and floating on top.
  7. Add the Gummy Sea Life: Scatter gummy fish, sharks, and starfish throughout the punch.
  8. Sprinkle the Sparkle: If using, sprinkle edible glitter over the punch right before serving.
  9. Serve and Enjoy: Ladle the punch into glasses and garnish with extra fruit or gummy candies.

Notes

Chill all ingredients for at least 2 hours before making the punch for the best flavor. Don't over-stir to avoid losing carbonation. The punch base can be made 24 hours in advance and stored in the refrigerator; add the soda and ginger ale right before serving. Freeze fruit chunks to use as ice cubes to prevent watering down the punch. For a sweeter punch, add grenadine or simple syrup. For a tangier punch, add fresh lime or lemon juice. For a creamier punch, use full-fat coconut cream or add a scoop of vanilla ice cream or sherbet. Get creative with garnishes and theming to make it truly your own!
