  • Fresh Raspberries, for garnish

  • Jigger
  • Measuring spoons
  • Champagne Flutes
  • Ice
  • Freezer

Method

  1. Chill champagne flutes in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, combine raspberry liqueur, lemon juice, and Angostura bitters.
  3. Add ice to the shaker.
  4. Shake well until the shaker is very cold, about 15-20 seconds.
  5. Strain the mixture into the chilled champagne flute.
  6. Top with chilled Champagne.
  7. Garnish with fresh raspberries and edible rose petals.
  8. Serve immediately.

Notes

For a sweeter cocktail, add a splash of simple syrup or a teaspoon of raspberry jam to the shaker. For a more floral cocktail, substitute elderflower liqueur (such as St. Germain) for the raspberry liqueur. For a non-alcoholic version, use sparkling white grape juice and a few drops of raspberry extract. Ensure all ingredients are well-chilled for the best results.
