Notes
For the best results, use a high-powered blender. If your blender struggles, pulse it a few times to break up the frozen fruit. Customize the sweetness and toppings to your liking. To make it vegan, use non-dairy milk and ensure your toppings are vegan-friendly. If you don't have Talenti Sorbetto, you can substitute with another fruit sorbet or even a scoop of frozen yogurt. For a thicker consistency, use more frozen fruit and less liquid. This smoothie bowl is best consumed immediately, but you can freeze the fruit and pre-portion the acai ahead of time to save time.
